These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your receipt of text messages from North West Labs, Inc. (“NWL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By agreeing to receive SMS messages from NWL, you accept these Terms.

3. Types of Messages You Will Receive
By opting in to receive SMS messages from NWL, you agree to receive text messages from a North West Labs staff member related solely to the scheduling of your home laboratory specimen collection visit. Your physician has ordered laboratory services on your behalf, and NWL will contact you to coordinate the collection.
Messages you may receive include:
• Appointment scheduling confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Day-of arrival window notifications
• Rescheduling or cancellation notices
NWL will never send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

4. How You Opted In
Your phone number was provided to NWL by your physician’s office as part of a laboratory service order. Prior to sending any text messages, an NWL staff member contacted you by phone and obtained your verbal consent to receive SMS communications. SMS messages are only sent after you have explicitly agreed.

5. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. You may receive multiple messages in connection with a single appointment (e.g., scheduling confirmation, reminder, and day-of notification). SMS communications will cease once your specimen collection visit is completed.

Message and data rates may apply. NWL is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.

8. How to Opt Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from NWL at any time:
• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Your request will be handled by an NWL staff member and your number will be removed.
• Call us at (248) 301-6917 and request to be removed.

After opting out of SMS, NWL may still contact you by phone as necessary to coordinate your laboratory service.
